For as inexpensive as these headphones are, there really isn't much you can say that is bad. They work perfectly in pretty much any USB c phone, the controls work and the sound is about what you'd expect from a $15 pair of buds. These USB-C wired headphones are a stylish gunmetal gray color, with black earbud covers. I ordered these for Zoom and cellphone work calls, and have been extremely pleased at the audio clarity for conversations, and occasional music or audio from Youtube videos. They are exceptionally comfortable with a spongy earbud cover that fits well in the ear canal and I found no irritation with this material. They are advertised as noise canceling, and I found they did a fair job, but were not outstanding at blocking out surrounding conversations or office sounds. They ship with extra set of covers and a hardshell case to store the earbuds in, which is a nice touch. They were also plug-and-play for both laptop and android phones I tested with, and were recognized immediately without any additional software or installs. The cord has a control switch to allow adjustment of the volume up/down and mute/unmute the microphone, very handy for modern earbuds. I like the magnetic attachment that allow the backs of them to be connected, which helps keep them tidy for wrapping for storage in their case. Overall, I would purchase another set, and would love to see additional metallic colors offered. Just be aware that noise cancellation may be less than desired, but they are affordable to try. I ordered these mainly for my 15 year old daughter to use on her computer where she is online schooled and interacts all day with teachers. These have been great and she said they were the most comfortable ones she has ever had. These come with an extra set of bud covers and a smaller set. They have a case to keep them in but we only use that if we are traveling. These plug into a USB-C port on the computer and they integrated perfectly with no issues. The sound quality and mic quality is good. You can turn the volume up and down on the cord as well as mute/unmute the mic. The earbuds are marked L and R (although hard to see) and they magnetically stick to one another if you put them together which is nice so that the cords are not all over. These are just nice little earbuds and I think they are designed for a phone but they work perfectly on computers that have a USB-C plug on it as well. I don't really like the idea of Bluetooth earbuds. Call me paranoid, but the thought of electronic signals bouncing around my head full time just doesn't seem right. I prefer old school headphones or earbuds. Since all phones have abandoned dedicated headphone jacks, this USB-C option has become my new default. I had a similar pair that I lost somewhere along the way, so I needed a replacement. What I like most about this item is that it comes with its own organizing case. I'm less likely to misplace this set since I have a dedicated place to store it now. Like my previous pair, the sound quality is very good. The microphone works well. I don't use the buttons on the microphone for anything more than volume adjustment and they work just fine for that. Had product for one year. Used occasionally for my smartphone when I needed it for quiet surroundings. The microphone started not to work - hard for the other person on the call to hear me, but for me sound was good quality. It is not really noise cancelling earbuds - especially on a plane...
