Plugs right into the usb C port on my iPhone 15pro, as well described in the product description. Works instantly, iPhone detects the audio switch to headphone mode and provides an option for the user to use it or not. I chose the headphone option and at higher level overall default settings, about 65-70%, the lowest setting on the volume down button was almost uncomfortably loud to me. My opinion on the solution is to simply adjust my overall default down to about 50%… …Comfortably- the soft padded over the ear cushions are indeed comfortable on my smaller size ears. The piece that attaches the ear cushions is, for me, clunky and heavy, but indeed adjusts easily and seems to stay whether wider or narrower. A noticeable con is that the heavy, clunky nature makes the headset feel like it’s going to slip off the back of my head. Perhaps changing my seated position? …Clarity- Decent. The sound was balanced for incoming calls and music (not Bose quality, people) and documentary. I haven’t tested whether in noisy environments if the sound quality stays consistent with increasing the volume on the side button. My conclusion is that this product is a good value for money if you don’t need excellent quality or just don’t have a big budget. Read more

This is very good reliable beast, works great for online meetings, even after an hour of run my ears does not fell any pressure, only gentle touch and full natural sound, isolation from in room noise quite good too. After long meetings I switch to classic Bach or Vivaldi and relax. Read more

Aside from a somewhat rigid, less than perfect fit over the head, for the price the headphones have good sound and operate instantly without any annoying fiddling with apps. Not wireless but with long, sturdy chord that plugs into the Iphone charging port. Don't get me wrong: they are comfortable to wear and screen out a lot of outside noise. If you are used to hogh-end stereophones, these are not them. But the price and overall quality is very good. Read more

I received a defective product. I've tried these headphones on my 2019 MacBook Pro and my iPhone 15 (both have usb-c ports) and they worked fine for a few minutes - but then autonomously turn the volume all the way down on me. I try to turn it back up - but it fights me - like it's haunted - and unfortunately wins every time. I ended up having to return as a defective product. Read more
