I recently purchased the Eanetf 7 Port USB 3.0 hub, and I am thoroughly impressed! This hub is a great choice for anyone needing to connect multiple USB devices simultaneously. Firstly, the cable cord length is about 9 to 10 inches, which is perfect for my setup. For those needing a bit more reach, a USB extension cable might be necessary, as it doesn't come with a longer cord. Also, it's worth noting that while there is a socket for an outside power adapter near the cable cord, the hub doesn't come with a power adapter included. This wasn't a deal breaker for me, but something to keep in mind. The standout feature of this hub is the individual on/off switches for all seven USB 3.0 ports, each illuminated by a bright blue LED light when turned on. This is incredibly useful for managing multiple devices without needing to unplug anything—total convenience at your fingertips! Performance-wise, this hub delivers. I use it for my 60 fps webcam and omnidirectional conference microphone without any lag—both work flawlessly at the same time, proving it’s a true USB 3.0 hub. It also handles my 1080p webcam and cardioid microphone combo with ease. Although I haven’t tested it with a 4K webcam, given its performance with other devices, I’m confident it would handle that just as well. Overall, the Eanetf 7 Port USB 3.0 hub is a fantastic product that I would highly recommend to anyone in need of expanding their USB capabilities. It's efficient, reliable, and a great addition to any tech setup! Read more

Cord length is adequate at approximately 12-inches/300mm. There is a small DC port for a power supply on the end of the case that the included instructions do not mention. There is a blue LED for each port/switch to let you know that is connected/on. It is also a decent size, approximately 6-inches/150mm x 1.5-inches/38mm, with an eye on the end opposite the cord to affix it to a leg or surface. An improvement that any of this type of device would be a dust cover for the ports. I bought two and will likely purchase at least two more. Read more

we bought two of these. the plastic inside of one of the ports broke off inside the USB part of the cord for our gaming mouse, and it ruined the mouse. the next day when i went to look at the other one to see if there were any issues, the plastic of the other one broke off inside the USB connector of my very expensive podcast mic. it ruined the high quality cord, and now i have to order a replacement. absolute cheap junk that shouldn’t be sold on amazon! ruined two of our electronics, and my vlogging camera wouldn’t even register when plugged in. i guess sometimes you really do get what you pay for! For a reasonably priced hub, it does its job well. It’s nice having led switches so you can turn each port on and off rather than unplugging. The only issue I’ve had after about 6 or so months is that one of the ports no longer functions. This happened after I simply moved it from one side of the desk to the other. Read more
I adopted a kitten who, several times a day, wants to sit on my keyboard to bat at my mouse pointer. I let him get it out of his system, but I used a keylocker app to lock/unlock the keyboard. This USB hub allows me to push a button and disconnect the keyboard until the cat leaves, then push a button again and get back to work. The cord was short, but I already had an Amazon basics extension cord, so I could unplug my keyboard without reaching behind the monitor anyway. Consider buying an appropriate-length USB extension cable to put the buttons within arm's reach. It's also useful for connecting/disconnecting my USB hard disk, which signals my backup software to run and removes the device when it's done (at the press of a button) for near-air gap protection of those backups.
