I bought these because I was sick of playing “cable yoga” every time I wanted to scroll in bed or lounge on the couch. Ten feet is a game-changer—I can plug into the wall and still have slack left over to wander a bit. They charge my Samsung Galaxy without complaint, and I even used one on my laptop in a pinch. The braided design feels sturdy enough to survive being stepped on, yanked, and tangled at the bottom of a backpack. The one catch is that these are USB 2.0, not 3.0, so while they charge fine, you won’t get blazing data transfer speeds if you’re moving big files. For my needs—charging and the occasional plug-in—they’re perfect, but if you’re into high-speed file transfers, you’ll want a higher-spec cable. I've bought these a couple of times because they've held up to a cat that likes to chew. I like keeping them in case of emergencies and they work great if you don't have too many sockets in a room and you need something with a lot of length to it. Remember it's not the size of the charger but the motion of the socket. Just be sure not the trip yourself. Great and sturdy product that makes it easy to use in a variety of places.
