I think it odd that we rate utilitarian devices. It is white; it works; it has four ports; it plugs into a wall. I give it five stars, but the right answer should be "It works". That wasn't an option. It doesn't perform "poorly" so no one-star rating. Two stars makes me think it wouldn't be reliable. Three stars should mean "works like one would expect."
