This is a quality product! I've recently been diagnosed with Lymphedema and my health care provider prescribed a diuretic to remove fluid (not really beneficial for lymph fluids and is hard on your kidneys) so I wanted to try a more natural approach. I’ve been taking this for a week and I can see a slight difference in my swollen feet and ankles; my ankles were totally covered by swelling and they’re slowly becoming visible again. My swollen lower legs and thighs are still a work in progress though. Raising your legs above heart level whenever you can is key. The liquid is really pleasant tasting, kind of a cola flavor.
