I’ve been wearing this every night since I got it and there has been a noticeable difference in my double chin and jowls. It fits nice and doesn’t move while I’m sleeping. The velcro at the top makes it super easy to put on and take off without messing up your hair. I need to buy a few more so I have more than one to use. So far its worked as its supposed to. It doesnt get hot, its very slim but durable fabric. I will wearing it over night to help reduce my double chin & I will say it really lifts your face & can tighten your jaw.
