Great purchase for the price! I bought this for an extended work trip where I could only have a carryon. This was a huge space saver and really helped keep me organized. Zips shut easily, the vacuum method was a breeze, and the rechargeable air pump worked great. I didn’t expect it to work as well as it did for the size, but I was very pleasantly surprised. Went to Europe. Packing and squeezing our clothes or rolling them did not work to get 50lbs in our flight bags. These worked great at home before we left. It worked well to shrink clothes before coming home. Awesome will use again!! Thinking about buying these for our kids for their trips. Even short for trips. Awesome product! In a time where you have to pay to even breathe on an airplane (I’m looking at you, Frontier), it’s nice to have something that actually helps you avoid surprise baggage fees. These vacuum bags have been a lifesaver for packing bulky clothes. I’ve already used them to fit a week’s worth of sweaters into the new TSA-approved carry-on sizing, and I’m honestly impressed with how much space they save. The bags feel thick and durable, not flimsy or crinkly like some compression bags I’ve tried in the past. The seal actually holds, and they didn’t slowly re-inflate like sad little balloons by the next day. The rechargeable pump is compact and easy to use, and it works quickly without sounding like it’s about to take off itself. I also really like that this set includes multiple sizes. It made organizing clothes way easier instead of just shoving everything into one giant bag and hoping for the best. Everything stayed neat, compressed, and easy to repack on the return trip. I purchased these vacum bags for recent travel, as I was determined to not check bags and needed to optimize the space in my suitcase. These bags were the perfect solution. It was amazing how many articles of clothig fit in each bag and the vacum suction flattened the bags magically. For standard carry on luggage the medium and small bags worked well. The large bags would be great for larger suitcases when checking baggage. The bags seem very sturdy, not thin and flimsy. Previously, I had bags that would seal but they didnt have the advantage of the vacum sealer. Being able to suck out all of the air with the pump was a game changer. The only reason I rated 4 instead of 5 stars is that one of the medium bags would not seal all of the way so I'm guessing there is a small hole in the bag. Read more
These are excellent for camping. I can pack all linens and bath/beach towels, pillows and the ever needed “stuffies” for granddaughter and they fit in a small duffel bag for easy carrying.. Zipper is secure and they never leaked for a week before we used them. Kept our camping organized and functional. Read more
PROs - Bags are great quality. I've only had them in use for a few weeks, but so far I haven't had any issues (ie, no holes, no leaks, etc). - The size assortment is great. I don't recall how much I put in each, but I know some bags definitely had a handful of sweaters, etc, and they compressed really nicely. - I ordered other brands at the same time (for an even greater variety of sizes; eg, some of the ones made for coats and dresses), and these were comparable quality as the others. (Although, the others didn't come with this cute little pump!) - I LOVE the handheld pump that comes with these bags! Lightweight, ergonomic, and easy to hold/carry. I use these bags for seasonal items, etc, and had to open a couple bags to add things in later, and it was so much easier to carry this little pump with me versus lugging the vacuum to the basement or lugging the bags back upstairs. One of the other brands I ordered came with a manual pump, which I'll never use because I have this one. (Although, maybe I'd take the manual one on a trip, so if I lost it, I wouldn't care, lol.) - The pump is USB-C! - The pump is compatible with the two other brands of bags that I bought. CONs - It would help if each bags its size marked on it. They don't, so at first use I had to lay them all out to compare their relative sizes (or I could've measured them) to see what size each was. I want to get a good sense of what each can hold as I'll probably order more of these in the future for other things. Minor issue though. Nothing I couldn't solved by marking them myself with a Sharpie. - This pump didn't achieve the insane suction that my stick vacuum did, but it still did a great job. I'm storing seasonal clothing, so I really don't want them tooooo suctioned anyway or they'll have more stubborn wrinkles. OVERALL - These have been great so far. For ~$31ish for 12 bags plus the pump, this was a good value. Read more
