I wanted to love this pillow. I had high hopes for it. I have neck arthritis so I've been trying to find the pillow that makes me wake up without neck pain. This was NOT it. I tossed and turned all night and was miserable when I woke up. I think I've learned that every single human is different, and what works for one may not work for the other, and what does not work for one might actually work for another. Its a very nice pillow.
