A little on the small side but great for people with average sized ankles
The ankle straps work very well and appear to be well constructed. The extra strap is useful to prevent the enclosure from riding up your leg however, that extra strap assumes a front or back placement of the D-hooks on your ankle. If you desire a side placement of the D-hooks, the positioning of the bottom strap is a bit awkward. The bottom strap may work best for people with small ankles. I think most people will find it possible to wrap the enclosure tight enough to prevent upward movement on their legs. The size of the ankle enclosure is probably a "medium." People with large ankles may find the wider spacing between the 2 D-hooks difficult or uncomfortable to attach a carabiner. Read more

Very nice, really like the heel strap
I’ve only use these a few times but recommend them. I think it’s best to get the ones with a strap that goes under your heel like these ankle straps. It’s just another area of support. I wouldn’t buy one without the heel strap. Read more
