I love the Van Heusen shirts. I have been purchasing them for the last 20 years for teaching and for courtroom appearances. Normally I buy them at a department store, but decided to give the Amazon version a try. The shirts came packaged as always. Everything was the same as my normal brick and mortar purchases. The shirts fit the same, maintain the same wrinkle free properties, and looked good. The difference came after the second wash. The collar began to change color. No other clothes in the wash suffered any similar damage so I know it wasn't a chemical, bleach, or other washing machine issue. After each wash, the color change grows slightly. It only happened on one VH purchase out of five thru amazon, so I'm assuming it is just a one off with bad dye from the factory. I love the VH shirts for my court wear and everyday professional wear. Outside of the disappointment from the color change on the collar, I would buy again. However, if another shirt starts that same issue, I would believe it may be an imposter VH product sold on Amazon. Otherwise, I'm a satisfied customer. Read more

Shirt is okay, but the top button at the neck and collar is too tight! I cannot button the top button to allow for a necktie. I'll have to pay a seamstress someday to move the button over. I have very numb fingers and hands and can no longer do operate my fingers enough to button the top button!! So, for the time being, I cannot wear this shirt with my suits. Read more

Is a nice comfortable shirt especially for the price on sale. Bright color and ridged collar. Overall good fit. Body is a bit big even for a big fit but looks fine once tucked in. I bought two more in other colors. Read more

I like the color and used it when i taught in Japan. the color is very bold but the quality was a little underwhelming. the shirt had a tear on the top of the should blade after a few uses, granted i washed it like normal along with my other dress shirts. it wasnt really soft but the size and sleeve length fit well. it was not see through. overall not rerally worth it for the money.
