I've worn Van Heusen dress shirts for years and love them. They look classy, feel good, and last well. I used to buy the regular fit shirts, but they were too loose with always lots of extra fabric around the middle. These slim fit shirts remedy that by eliminating the unneeded fabric, providing a more tailored look for me. The flex collar is great when you need to be all buttoned up and wear a tie. Just purchase the appropriate neck-sized shirt and it will fit well, snug but not at all tight, and with give to it so it doesn't choke you if you have to bend over or something. Shirt is creat quality, fabric is nice, and fits true to size. Got this for my 15 year old son to wear to homecoming. He’s athletic build, about 5’5” and around 115-120 lbs. I had no clue what size he would be in formal clothes, as his attire consists of t-shirts, drawstring shorts and pants, and workout clothes. It’s of good quality but I ordered a 16.5 next 32/33 slim fit and I was swimming in it. I’m 5’5 160 lbs. Nothing slim fit about it. Definitely wrinkle resistant though. Am sending back cause I feel like a child in my dads shirt. Read more
I'm very glad I found this shirt. I have an athletic body type and always have a hard time finding an 18 1/2" neck shirt that doesn't look like it came from a tent maker's shop.
