After 14 months of breastfeeding, THIS bra is what I've been searching for ever since!!!

UPDATE - 1 YEAR LATER... Still my favorite bra and I now own 3 colors. :) FINALLY!!! It's kind of like an angelic choir started belting out "Hallelujah" as soon as I tried this bra on. I had only ever shopped at Victoria's Secret for the past decade or so, because every single time I tried purchasing a bra from all the other major stores, department stores, etc and once i even tried the dollar store, I've hated every single one. They either fit me weird, were uncomfortable in some way, made my breasts look weirdly shaped under a shirt, etc. Any ladies reading this review know exactly what I mean, I'm sure. :) so I finally gave ordering one online a chance for the very 1st time. I always base my Amazon purchases on customer reviews, star rating and customer pics, so I took a chance with this one because everyone else seems to love it! And now I know why!!! Looks to be very well made, fits me nicely and gives my breasts a nice shape under a tight fitting shirt, no digging in or discomfort so far... although I only just received it today so I will update this review if anything changes. Please note - I had a baby almost 2 years ago and breastfed her for 14 months, and it has been impossible for me to find a nice, comfortable, supportive AND pretty bra for myself ever since. Breastfeeding isn't kind to a woman's body once she stops lol if I had to think of a good comparison of what I was left with, deflated balloons seems to be pretty accurate lol this bra makes my breasts look a little perky again, with a sexy shape under my shirt, which is super exciting for me. :) ladies - just add this one to your cart. Right now. You deserve it. :) Will update review after a few days of wearing, washing and seeing how it holds up to me chasing around a toddler all day. Read more

Over all, this is good bra, but clasp can be a problem.

Bright white. The support is excellent, the material and structure are comfortable, and the straps are fine–even on my sloping shoulders they stay put. Not crazy about this particular front closure, though, as it gets twisted which can make the bra a bit annoying to remove after a long day. The smaller the breasts, the easier to operate, I suspect. Great for wide-set breasts

So I was today years old before I learned that front-closing bras enhance the appearance of wide-set breasts. It makes a world of difference. This bra corrals the girls but is very comfortable. It is also easy to put on. The straps do not twist and turn like they do on some bras, so I'm not spending time after I put the bra on, straightening out the straps. I have super sensitive skin and nothing about this bra irritates my skin. I ordered my usual 36B and it's an excellent fit. In addition to the fit and feel it's also a pretty bra. Read more

Ridge along silk stitching shows through fitted top

Love the fit and feel as well as the ability to move straps... I took off 2 stars, unfortunately the stitching and ridge are formed along the added silk edging shows through clothing. Great bra if going to wear under heavy clothing, not nice fitted tops. Read more

NOT THE SAME

I bought the Vanity Fair front closure bras probably 5-6 yrs ago here on Amazon. They were well made, fit perfectly and had a sturdy plastic front closure with little rhinestones as an added touch. I got 3. Well time pasted and they had served me well. I ordered from Amazon ‘buy again’ option…they looked the same, just no rhinestones on closure. So, I bought 3. When they arrived, the fabric and light padding seemed ‘cheap’ looking. Material looked thinner, pad was thinner and cheap looking front closure. I thought here we go, ‘same’ item….but not really. Cheaper, light weight, just not the SAME. I kept them anyway thinking ‘shrink-flacion’. I think I got them around the end of Nov. 2023. Fast forward to maybe late Jan, 2024 (so 2 months or so) I was out with friends for lunch and felt a weird ‘pop’…damn -one of the straps broke. Luckily, my camisole helped ‘hold’ thing till I could get to my car and go home. Upon examining-the strap pulled right out of the front connection area. I’m 74 & NEVER have had a bra strap break. These are cheap junk imitations or their original ones. Side note- I didnt realize the bras were Vanity Fair till I came back to see when I bought them ….around same time back in Nov. 2023, I replaced my panties too. I bought at WalMart prior so went back to get ‘same’ after these few years….guess what? They are Vanity Fair also. Well, I ALWAYS wore a size Large. I have actually lost about 20 # over the last 3-4 yrs and still Large size felt right and not binding . Well the new larges barely pulled up on me. (You can’t return panties). So I buy a 3 pack again..this time size XL…same thing..too small…go again, buy xxl they fit like my old Large version. They also had a new updated style I tried..same thing. I gave lots of new panties to the Goodwill. When I wrote Vanity Fair…they denied ‘changing’ the fit of their products. I told them they make $$ because we have to buy multiple sizes to find a fit. So back to my BRAS -the original ones lasted 4 years…these 4 months. I won’t ever buy Vanity Fair again. I have almost broke my sewing machine trying to sew thru the strap ends (whatever the heck is in them???). So here I am looking for a new brand of front closure bras. Read more
