Overall, the shoes are comfortable and run a little narrow on the outside toe section, but nothing the style doesn't compensate for. The Vans Ryland have a great style and the price is very fair for what you get. They look good and are easy to match with different outfits. That said, there is a comfort issue: the tongue under the laces presses against the foot while walking and can feel uncomfortable after some time.
