Quality frame that didn't cost thousands. Looks like the picture, the material is very soft. The headframe is not too tall for me though. It came wrapped and pieces were protected. Received today and had it assembled within 3 hours with a little help from my teenage daughter. There were a few predrilled holes that didn’t quite match up, as others have noted in their reviews, but we made it work. Instructions were pretty easy to follow. I’m not pleased with this bed but it’s too much trouble to return it. The instructions are not clear, it’s difficult to put together, not sturdy, it’s soft and pretty but that’s it. Based off the “try in your room feature” it’s way off. Probably going to sell it and go to a furniture store to find what I want. I regret this purchase. Read more
