Great looking Motor Days Vaughn Gittin Ford Bronco. This 1:15 scale Toy Grade RC is officially licensed by Ford and includes everything needed to run the model including the two(2) AA batteries for the joystick style transmitter. This unit uses two brushed motors, one on each axle(MOA- motor on axle) for powering the model forward and backwards. This model also has sprung suspension on each wheel which most other toy grade RC’s lack. This model also can be steered right or left but, does not have proportional control as with most toy grade RC’s. This is a well made, heavy duty toy great for the kids to learn on without any worry of them damaging it. The model has a pre-installed Lion battery that is unremovable and has a connected USB cord for charging it making this unit much safer for the little ones to use without the fear of LiPo batteries in unexperienced hands. The transmitter as well as the model is very well made and extra durable that should last for years with basic care. The officially licensed “Fun Havers” body looks great and is sure to be a hit with the adults as well as the kids. Having the motors on axles make this model fairly quick while also making it a capable climbing vehicle that is sure to win everyone over. A very good value for the money for a durable, officially licensed, well made toy grade model that with a little basic care can be passed down to younger siblings after growing out of it. Again, Motor Days is producing some of the best toy grade RC’s that I’ve seen while coming in at an affordable price point for a quality toy that’s sure to last. Read more

I was kinda' excited when I read the listing on this Motor Dayz Vaughn Gittin Ford Bronco. The design and finishing decals made it look like the real thing. After doing a quick read-through on the listing and checking through the pictures I decided to order this for my gradson. He loves 'His' Bronco and regardless of what my comments will share, he thinks it is great! From the ground job the 3 1/2" tires make it look aggressive and ready to go eat up the mountain. The rechargeable battery is fixed internally and has a USB cable behind the removable battery cover. Unfortunately you have to open that up to plug in the recharge cable. It would have been nice to be able to plug in without that issue. This makes me believe that they may have originally intended this to have a removable battery but then opted to just cover it over. This design is disappointing to me because I always like to see units with at least two batteries which can be charged and used interchangeably. Not such a big deal for my four year old grandson perhaps, but a consideration for others who are looking at this unit. The battery seems to charge fairly qickly which can be a positive, but I think part of that is that it simply doesn't have a lot of capacity. The motor control is on or off, there is no speed variability. Steering likewise is fully right or left. There is nothing in between to allow you to ease into a turn or ease out of it. That isn't a particular issue for it's young driver and since the top speed is listed at 6 1/2 mph (my old age jog speed) that full on/off functionality is more noticeable to bystanders than to the driver. The controller itself is smaller than an adult will be comfortable using and the toggle buttons are small as well. It did however come with two batteries so we didn't have to search for any of those to get started. Beyond the disappointing control for steering and power, I will note that the overall build, while looking cool was a bit loose and has a sloppy feel on the suspension. This vehicle may be able to be flipped while you are driving because the steering is so abrupt. however the low top speed seems to make that impossible unless it was being driven over a rougher terrain. This Bronco model looks like it should tackle the mountain or wild country with ease. However it really just cannot do a very impressive job of that. For a young 4-year-old, this may provide a satisfying or satisfactory level of entertainment. For those looking for more control and speed and endurance you will want to check for a product built for that from the ground up. There are some with those capabilities near the same price point as this was when ordered, however I observe that pricing on many toys is being churned through the tariff windmill right now as well. This toy is really fun and very sturdy! I love how fast it goes and how smoothly it moves over different surfaces and obstacles. The remote control is very easy for my 3 year old 3 years to use, and it even has a nice texture that my son enjoys playing with on its own. It would make a great gift for any boy who loves car toys, and it's also a fun way to show kids what a 4WD car can do. Definitely worth the money! Read more

Really impressed with the battery life on this. Much better than I was expecting. Entertained our kids for hours, and for reference those kids are 4/7/9 years old. Makes a really great gift because it looks really impressive and it's a really good size, it's not dinky at all. Read more
