Love this vest. I dont use it in every session but I do use it often. The little bag/pocket is good for storing your keys and earbud case. If you have a big phone it may not fit. But personally I workout in basketball shorts with a pocket for thats fine. I use it both at the park or on the treadmill if I'm doing just cardio at the gym.
