Not very comfortable at all. Was pretty easy to put together, but feels cheap like all the other Chinese chairs. Sits really hard and stiff and the lean back function makes you feel like you are going to fall over. The pillows are in awkward spots, I'm 6'2 and the neck pillow hits me mid shoulder area. I should have just went and sat in gaming chairs, instead of trying to save money. I feel like I just got took for $119 bucks. It would be too much of a hassle to take it apart and ship it back.
