The old coffee table in our basement family room/bar was on its last legs. This one looked cool and has good reviews so I ordered it. I'm very pleased. Assembling it wasn't exactly a snap, but by carefully following the instruction diagrams it went together in about 2 hours. It helped that all parts including screws and bolts were labeled. Everything fit as it should and all holes lined up. They even sent extra bolts, fasteners, screws, and wooden pegs which is perfect for a klutz like me who tends to drop and lose things. Once assembled the coffee table looks very nice. The storage cubbies on each end are cool looking and the enclosed storage area under the table top is very handy. Our granddaughter loves to hang out down there and it will be a perfect storage area for her drawing supplies. The top lifts up easily into the working position and will make a great drawing surface or the perfect place to set her laptop. The table is made of pressed wood but seems to be quite sturdy. Not gonna lie, I was nervous about putting this thing together when it came to the lift function. But this was super easy to put together from start to finish. It's really sturdy and firm. It weighs enough to easily move around, everything fit together perfectly and the holes for putting things together were actually aligned where they needed to be. The table tops are thick enough and because i'm weird, i decided to give it a scratch test. If you're insane and decide to hack through it with a knife, you're gonna get scratches, if it's a slight plate drop or something, you shouldn't have any scratches on it. I'm very happy with my purchase. Greatly recommend. A+++ I would take a picture but my camera on my phone is acting up. You're just gonna have to trust me that it looks great. I bought this as a coffee table for my basement and its great. The quality is nice and it looks good too. Its main function is to hold remote controls, gaming controllers and drinks. I do use the pivoting top if I'm eating or using a laptop. All the parts were neatly bagged and none were missing. There are even a few spares in case you misplace anything. Assembly was straightforward, if you've ever assembled particle board furniture with posts and twist cams before, you'll be right at home. The piston assembly for the lift top was the hardest part but I was able to do it by myself. Overall, this is a nice piece of furniture at a good value. 5 stars. Read more

The table is nice though it came with no directions and could not find any online. However my two smart friends weee able to get it assembled. The feet don’t have any cushioning so it’ll scratch a floor, but that’s an easy fix. Overall like it and it be very handy. Read more
The media could not be loaded. I really like this coffee table. It fits well and matches other furniture in my apartment. My one issue that is really annoying is that it scratches and hits the sides when pulling up the tray and pushing it back down. It’s very sturdy, but I probably wouldn’t have spent the money if I knew it isn’t more flush (though it could be user error when I put it together). It opens up nicely, but is a bit difficult when closing it back up. Read more
