I like that this is PH balanced, since that's really important to the sort of biome that lives in the area. The applicators are easy to use and discreet so if you feel like a freshening up quickly while you're on the go or at work or something it's easy to just slip into your pocket with nobody noticing on your way to the restroom. I'm no stranger to using feminine care specific items such as feminine washes--however, this is my first time using a feminine essence gel. From what I understand about these, you don't exactly rinse these off as you would for a feminine wash. Instead, you apply the gel around your downstairs area and leave it there and that's what I did. It's supposed to help keep your pH properly balanced and it's also infused with probiotics. There are 10 individually packaged containers in the shape of a syringe (without a needle of course, nothing about it is sharp at all) that makes it easy to apply it onto that region. There's only really enough in each container for one usage only so you can't really stretch out more than the 10 provided uses that come in the package. Overall, this wasn't really a loss product for me but I wouldn't repurchase this. A regular feminine wash works just fine. If you experience itchiness down there or have a pH that is not as balanced then you might find this product to be more useful for you. Read more

I really wanted to like this product but it simply isn't as soothing as I expected it to be. Based on other reviews, I decided to try it for soothing irritation due to spotting. On the plus side, each dose is packaged individually in a single-use applicator so it is very easy and sanitary to use. The media could not be loaded. After reading what others had to say about this product I was curious about what they could do to improve my overall health in such a delicate area. Having something that's safer for women and backed by science matters to me with through testing for my own piece of mind I ordered some and this is a light weight multi pack that is great to take some on a over night trip if needed for personal care they are not very big and should fit nicely in to a small purse to be more handy on the go or can be stored in a bathroom if its not too humid or warm. A suggestion would be to keep them away from being exposed to high heat or humidity which could impact the quality of the gel if unused for a longer period of time. There's enough of them that it could be used fairly often maybe once or twice a month as needed for myself. The idea is to keep the good flora happy and avoid upsetting the balance inside with less dryness since they have other types for multiple purposes. Since this comes in the form of a gel it would be a good idea to use this at night before bed with a liner in some underwear so when it gets warmer while resting that it will make less of a mess the next day. Also without any dyes or funny stuff added cleaning up isn't complicated other than taking a shower. Read more

I have to be honest and admit I accidentally ordered this item again. I thought it was a different brand, but it was the same brand, but in a different listing at a later time. My last review still holds true for the most part, so I will share it now. I used this yellow feminine care gel at night before bed. I wasn't sure when to use this because there are no instructions on product use aside from actual insertion. Insertion is pretty self explanatory for anybody who has ever used a tampon before. No instructions are included on when to insert, nor how often one can use this product. I chose to use this before bed just in case there was any sort of "mess". The applicator was fairly thin and it inserts easily, comfortably and smoothly. I decided to use this product after a hot summer day. This product contains beneficial bacteria as well as some interesting extracts that I was intrigue by. The actual amount of gel is extremely minimal so I had my doubts. Anyways, right before bed, in it went, and then I waited. By morning, I did my usual my shower routine. I have to admit, I did feel much fresher, and it lasted throughout the day! I experienced absolutely zero "mess". I have been experiencing some dryness in my perimenopausal years, and after this product, not only was my private area fresh, but I was delightfully hydrated for the rest of the day. I honestly think you have to use this product for a few days in a row as your PH may become unbalanced again. I'm still unsure of how frequent I am supposed to use this product. (everyday for a week? once a week? 3/4 times a week???) I think I will definitely use this product a few days in a row during times I feel dry or when I don't feel as fresh. It definitely works for both hydration and freshness with zero mess! .
