So many pieces! I used it last night for the first time and it works great. I'm so happy with it. I would say it's probably only top rack safe in the dishwasher. Hand wash if you're able too. They do send cleaning brushes made to get into the crevasses. Easy to use, I had to use a lot more force with my last one. Super sharp too so be careful.
