I could not be more satisfied with this item despite the higher than average cost, it will serve me well for many years and it is exactly what I was looking for. The fit and finish is excellent and the firearm as well as magazine retention is more than adequate. The jacket I purchased from the same manufacturer as well as this vest will be my go-to outter garments throughout the fall, winter, and spring, especially when the wearing of a hip or shoulder holster is inappropriate or uncomfortable. If this CCW Vest isn't perfect for what it does, I don't know what is. I own other CCW vests, some of which are high-end leather, costing over $500.00 and honestly, this vest rivals those costing three times as much. Amazingly, the built-in holster is superior while maintaining a perfect balance between weapon security and firearm access. The retention strap is a sortta bungie cord material which always maintains a secure contact with the weapon. The never-ending struggle paced by those who want to carry is the battle between comfort, ease of access and weapon security................all while concealing a heavy weapon and magazines. Personally I HATE IWB Appendix carry. I find it incredibly uncomfortable, especially while sitting or driving. This vest however, rivals the comfort of a shoulder harness holster and affords easy weapon access and great concealment. There are extra, roomy pockets for phones, wallet, keys..............anything and everything you might want to carry along. On another subject, but perhaps useful for anyone considering this vest......... I am 6'-3" / 230 lbs. I ordered the XL Regular and it is sized sufficiently to allow layering underneath the vest for colder days. I could probably have gotten away with a large but I always worry about "printing" through the garment when it is too tight. I love this vest. Overall the vest is pretty nice and well made however, if you bend forward too far the magazine tends to slip out the top of the elastic holder even with smaller ones. Read more
This was a birthday present from my wife. Fits well (XL) 6' 1" 220 pounds. Has room for heavy shirt underneath. Bomber style collar that doesn't poke your chin and internal conceal carry pockets on both sides. Love this vest! Read more
Christmas gift Comfortable to wear over a layer or jacket. Zipper sticks at first but after a few tries works great not cheap product but made & sewn very well. Enough pockets to fill in whatever you need. Easy access to front cell phone too. Great color Read more

I want to give this vest a 5 star but I’ve worn it twice and realized the stitching is coming apart. I have only worn this vest twice and not sure if it was already coming apart when I received it. Other wise the vest is perfect for cold weather. Keeps you warm and the pockets in the interior are perfect for my micro 9mm and 3” subcompact 1911. I would definitely recommend but make sure to check the stitching everywhere when you receive it. Read more
