I like this masticating juicer. It has a nice wide opening which allows me to juice larger pieces of fruit and veg without having to cut things up smaller so it saves me time. I find this makes it more likely that I’ll juice since it won’t take so long to prepare the food for juicing. It’s not hard to clean, it’s just got a lot of moving parts that you need to make sure you clean well. It’s easy to use, well made, and seems durable. One of the things I like is the slow speed of juicing, which extracts the juice better and gets more juice out of the fruit/veg. Read more
I love fresh-squeezed orange juice, but making it is such a beating! Who has time for that? Eager to get healthier, I've wanted a juicer for a while, so I was excited to have the chance to get this one! I've had it for a while now, but I felt intimidated by the machine. Finally, I mustered the courage to try it, and I don't know why I was scared. I haven't experimented much with different fruit combinations yet, but I did try juicing pineapple, and it was super easy and delicious! Next up, I plan to make fresh lemonade. Knowing I won’t have to waste time peeling and chopping the fruit makes it more likely that I’ll use this juicer more often. Cleaning isn’t as daunting as I expected. Although there are a few components to clean, the included brush makes the process easier. I do wish it were a bit quieter. It doesn’t bother me, but my autistic son is quite sensitive to loud noises. I have to have him outside or in his room with the door closed before using it. However, for the average person, the noise isn’t bad. Overall, I think it works well, although I don’t have anything to compare it with since this is my first juicer. It is slightly large for my kitchen; I don't have much counter space, so I keep it on a shelf in my laundry room. So far, it has worked great, much faster than freshly squeezed fruit, and I will use it more often, knowing it is not as complicated as I initially thought. Read more

I bought this for juicing citrus, but found out you must remove peel, pith and seeds which is a pain. My old juicer is easier for citrus. Read more
This review only pertains to using for small batch apple juicing. I ordered for this specific purpose only and have not tested it with greens, fibrous or hard vegetables. I have tried many juicers for product reviews and never ended up using them again because they all fall short. My main reason for owning a juicer is to juice the apples that my apple trees produce on our property. I do already have a vintage type apple cider press but it's quite an ordeal and I only use for large batches or special occasions. Not great for doing a single bushel. The first thing I did when I received this before even trying it was to look up in the manual for how long it can run before I have to let the motor rest. I wasn't able to find that information anywhere on the product page nor was I able to contact the seller to ask. The only related info was that it has a 250W motor. The instruction manual included in the box indicated 20 minutes max continuous run before a mandatory motor cool down rest. That's not super great but it's double the last couple of juicers I've reviewed for Amazon. The juicer was tested on a reasonable batch of 40 Granny Smith apples - about 50/50 mix of medium and small ones. No other varieties as it's late December and the winter apples are all that are left. As advertised, the juicer was able to accept whole apples. I was able to fit about 3 at a time of these size. The motor does not run continuously as the hole in the lid is not large enough to fit a whole apple and must be opened to insert the next apple which automatically shuts off the motor. The auger is plastic with a metal hub and I wish this kit provided a second auger in case the plastic around the hub breaks like they do with their other juicers. I was able to get through 35 of the 40 apples before the motor noticeably slowed down which also happened to be at almost exactly the 20 minute mark so I turned it off and finished the test. I wish it had a bit longer capacity but I feel like 35 apples is a pretty good batch. The batch produced 3 quarts of juice and with the nozzle shut it did not come out oxidized. The juice was filtered through my double mesh strainer before going into the container. The first two quarts produced only had a few ounces of foam while the last 1 quart had double the foam. I'm not sure why. The juicer's filter screen is a small metal screen on one side. It's described as a triple filter but I don't think that is exactly accurate. What it is is a screen with three different sized holes, not three different sized filters layered on top of each other. So I would call that a single filter. Small holes are on the bottom and larger holes toward the top. I'm not sure why it was designed this way but the particulates that made it through were not many. I really like that this juicer can accept whole medium and small apples which saves a lot of prep work. Set up was easy, about 3 minutes and will be quicker next time. Just wash the apples and catch the juice and pulp. The pulp strips ejected from its orifice are thin and fairly dry indicating a good yield. Clean up of the machine was also quicker than I expected as I cleaned it immediately and before the pulp could dry. It was not worth it to wait for the motor to rest 30-60 minutes to juice the last 5 apples. All in I was able to set up and juice 35 apples and clean the machine and containers in 40 minutes from start to finish. I can live with this. It's reasonable. Next season I'll be making apple juice batches like this weekly. Read more
This masticating juicer has been a great addition to my kitchen! It’s powerful and allows for whole fruits and vegetables to be pushed through, which saves time on prep work. The juicing process itself is excellent—it does a thorough job, leaving behind a very dry pulp and extracting a good amount of juice. Having fresh, homemade juice is such a treat, and the quality of the juice is fantastic. Cleanup isn’t too bad, but there are a few parts to wash, which can feel a bit tedious if you’re planning to juice daily. Personally, I prefer to juice once a week and make a stockpile, which works well with this machine. It can run for about 20 minutes straight, which is just enough time for me to make around seven 16oz juices. However, if you’re planning to make more than that in one session, you’ll need to let it cool down before continuing. Overall, it’s a solid juicer that delivers great results—just keep in mind the time needed for cleanup and cooling if you’re juicing in bulk. Read more
