The fruit punch is the superior flavor, although all of them are really good. They don’t taste sugar-free which is what is most important to me, I usually hate anything that is supposed to be zero sugar or diet. I get leg cramps when I'm dehydrated and these electrolytes have help alleviate leg cramps AND taste great! I have tried quite a few different brands of electrolytes because to me, most of them taste like bad kool-aid, these definitely do not, even the fruit punch! I just wish the company would sell in bulk rather than just the little packets. Read more
