Works great. Keeps you warm. Very comfortable. Usually under another coat if you're out in the cold but if you're in shelter perfect just as a vest. Battery last about as advertised, about 10 hours. Something to keep in mind; if you start at red (hottest) it will turn itself down to white (mid hot) after it gets really warm. Read more
Excellent quality product. Pro: medium is a perfect fit, not too snug but fits up against my back so that I feel the heat. The pockets are deep and the heat can be felt in them as well. Snug inside pocket holds the battery which is controlled by a button on the front of the vest. Color coding of the button shows the heat level. Con: One star deduction for the battery. High heat level lasts less than 5 hours and the heat wains as the battery runs out. The battery is also very slow to charge, requiring an overnight charge to reach full capacity. Low heat lasts about 8 hours and is good for comfort but not sufficient to keep warmth (I feel the cold easily). Highly recommend buying a larger battery. Bonus pro: customer service is outstanding. The vest went on sale after my purchase. I contacted the company which offered me a refund or 50% of a backup battery. I chose the battery option and bought the larger battery pack with fast charging attachment. The battery is heavier but will be well worth it. Read more
It's quality! I'm picky and choosy and shop only quality (clothing, shoes, etc.) products. This is a good vest. Keeps me warm, I wear it a lot, even around the house as I keep my thermostat pretty low. No complaints on the battery life either, I called customer service (they are amazing, great in every way, and also follow up if they don't hear back after they send a reply email) and you can charge the battery after depleting 1,2, or 3 bars. You do not have to wait until the battery is dead. They actually say its best to re-charge at any time, not only when its dead. I think the batter span is 8 hours, but again, I'm not complaining. I love this vest. I'm 5'3, female, and weigh 144. I chose a medium and glad I did, it fits a bit snug but that's what I wanted, I would think you want it to hug you a bit. I got it for my mom on Christmas. She’s been complaining how her work is too cheap to fix the heater and she’s been freezing all day long. I heard about heated clothings from a patient and thought maybe I should try it out. I was worried that some items claimed to be warm but barely provide any heat. This is not one of those. My mom loves it so much! She said it’s saved her for the majority of the winter. It’s very durable and comfortable to wear (I did try it on for a bit.) The battery wasn’t as heavy. Honestly you won’t even realize you are wearing one. Also if you are worry about it being too complicated to use, don’t worry about it. My mom is not tech savvy at all. She doesn’t even know how to use a TV remote control and was able to use it with no problem. One thing I wish they can improve later in the future is the battery. If you turned it to the highest, it’ll last roughly 4 hours. I just hope that they can increase that by to 8 hours or something. That would be amazing. Read more
Would buy 1000 times over again. Love that it comes with a battery. Zipper is smooth and very easy to use. Stay warm all day indoors and out with 3 heat settings. Love that I can wear it under a jacket or by itself depending on the weather. Not to thick easy to pack in a suit case. Very soft not too puffy! Fits true to size. I am 5’4 150lbs and the medium was perfect even with a thicker hoodie or sweater underneath. Read more
