I searched a long time to find a backpack that I like. This one is lightweight and the fabric feels wonderful, very silky texture. I have only used it on one trip so I cannot speak to its durability, but the quality is good. The strap length offers lots of flexibility, which is important to me. I tried a previous backpack that dragged too low on my back and caused severe pain on a weekend trip. This Vera Bradley backpack felt comfortable, and it's so pretty. I am OBSESSED with this backpack. I ordered for an upcoming trip, as the MZ Wallace backpack I usually travel with has seen better days. I had also never really been a Vera Bradley fan, but this bag has officially converted me lol. It’s so good. Perfect size. Love all the compartments. It’s light. Love the colorful patterned (fun!) interior, with the solid (I got the black) exterior. Quality/stitching is good. Zippers are good, doesn’t feel or look cheap. (& zippers can make or break a bag) The best part though, is the size. It doesn’t LOOK like a huge backpack - looks just slightly smaller than an “average size” backpack - but it’s deep, it holds SO much. Like, shockingly so. I almost ordered the larger size of this bag, but I’m so glad I didn’t. It could be used for travel, work, gym, school, an overnight bag, anything. I actually liked it so much that I immediately ordered the matching medium sized little zippy bag to go inside of it (I used it as a makeup bag, but it could be used for anything - same interior pattern & exterior as the backpack) Anyway, if you’re on the fence …. This backpack is a must! I love the details of it with the quilted fabric and the fabric inside. Took it to a cheer comp and disney and it was amazing. Lots of room and little pockets inside to store all your goods. The lap top pocket is spot on and often store notebooks and things I don't want crushed in there. Absolutely love this bag. I’ve had it for at least four months now and I still use it every day. I have two toddlers and that carries our water bottles and our snacks plus outfit changes and everything else we need. It’s not oversized so it’s not bulky. Would absolutely purchase again.
