I didn’t end up keeping this skirt, that said it’s of decent quality for the price and better than its comparables online. This skirt has a lining!!! Yes ladies a lining!!!! You can actually wear it and not fear lights. The flowers are also velvet appliques, they’re not printed on the fabric. So it’s a nice quality 90s throwback / vintage look.
