So I have quite a love hate relationship with this skirt. It is pretty and would look good over a pair of black tights. It does run small but has a nice stretchy waistband. Now, for my HUGE PROBLEM. This skirt is NOT chiffon. Nope. IT'S POLYESTER! It's definitely not the same skirt in the photos though they are really similar.
