I purchased this pair of ankle boots because I liked the color - a midtoned cool brown as opposed to the usual reddish orange brown of a lot of other boots and shoes. I had high hopes that they would have a more genuine leather feel and appearance, but that was a touch point of disappointment for me as although they say they’re leather, they look and feel a little vegan. Other than that, they run a pinch narrow but stretched like real leather as I wore them. Not much tread, but with a little walking on rough ground, they soon became a little more slip resistant. The price would be a steal for higher quality leather, but alas it’s not meant to be. Still, I like the boots. They have gone well with my wardrobe and I hope to get plenty of use out of them yet.
