Electrician and this is the best bag i have ever had fit all my tools with heaps of room for a drill case very hard wearing and you can really treat it rough will handle any condition and last a very long time Only three small down sides for me that i live with is the weight with all your tools in this bag and meters its super heavy the good handle and amazing strap does compensate a bit for short trips across the work site to the van ect. the outer pockets are kind of useless the two zip pockets are short and flat only really good for a drill bit or bits or paper work so it can still fold down to expose your tools and the other side with the little clip pocket bulges out to much with items in it for my liking so stip connectors are only the thing to put in here still have to use little jars for connectors crimp pin ect but behind it is a massive zip pockets the goes right behind it which is good for a small socket set and also there isn't really enough room for a 3rd party tool belt it does fit inside and zip up but it bulges out the side when you try to fit it in a massive amount and its hard to carry by your side with the strap so i have brought the veto pro pac tp4 so i can hang it on the side on the tape clip adding a bit more weight but ill be able to get rid of the old tool belt flatten the side review to come for that when i get it Read more

For many years I've toted my tools using 2 Bucket Bosses. The handles we're always breaking, and when you walk with them they hit your legs, so I thought I'd spend the money and give the Veto a try. It's really great frankly. The best thing about is it's abundant storage(70 pockets), great build quality, and that wonderful handle. This unit carry's all the tools that I had in two bucket bosses, but if feels lighter overall due to the very ergonomic handle that spreads the load nicely over your hand. Once you get your tools organized, it's a great time saver too. No more digging for tools. Their all right there sticking up like soldiers ready to work. The bottom is waterproof, but is also a plastic chamber to hold larger and longer tools like a hammer or a rasp. This Veto forces you to be organized, an issue that I have struggled with my whole life. You spend more time working and less time digging for tools. It's well worth the money. One drawback to it is there is no room for a drill, but I have a separate tote for the drill's and bits devoted to just them. I wish the owner would make a tote like this for mechanics tools like sockets and ratchets etc.. I think it would sell well. Read more

This was a genuine veto bag, I called veto directly and made sure. So warranty issues aren’t a problem. Bag is well made, I use it often, I’m not in the trade anymore so it’s not used daily, just when I need my toolbag and on side jobs for HVAC. I have had TONS of bags and boxes, this time I decided to break down and buy a nice bag. I like how accessible tools are being more vertical, BUT I would like if the bag was fatter so I had more room for bigger stuff like bags of zip ties, electrical terminal case, drill etc. I fit what I need in there but it’s pretty tight. The way the bag is laid out is a bit to get used to. Overall I’m happy with the bag, it will last a VERY long time. Tools are easier to find in this bag. Con: like others have said, it’s pretty heavy bag empty which adds to the weight, but since I don’t pack the bag in and out of houses and job sites anymore, it’s not a problem to me. If it bothered me, I would just buy one of those little dolly's commercial guys use. Update: bought the bag in 2019 and it’s 2023 now. I ran the bag over with my car once which scratched it up a bit but didn’t damage it. Everything still works fine, no regrets. I paid $229 for it in 2019. Read more

I wanted to write this review to give props to a great company. I bought this bag in February 2015 and have used it daily since. I fix generators as a profession repairing 4 to 8 units a day. All my work is outside in the elements meaning this bag has been subject to all weather conditions. It has been rained on, snowed on, frozen solid and seen 100 plus temps as a result of our climate here in Michigan. The zippers have been opened and closed hundreds, if not thousands of times. It has performed in mud and sand and a ton of dust and has withstood everything with the exception of those zippers. About a month ago the zippers started to not seal properly due to the amount of usage and all the grit that invariably finds its way into everything. I contacted Veto about having the zippers replaced under their "no downtime warranty" and they quickly sent me a brand new loaner bag of the same model and a prepaid shipping label to send my bag back to them. Zero cost to me so far. I returned my bag about 3 weeks ago and just received an email today informing me that the damage to my zippers was fully covered by the terms of the warranty but my bag would not be cost effective for them to repair so they are allowing me to keep the new bag they sent as a loaner. All at no charge to me, they paid to ship me the new bag and for me to ship them my old bag. This kind of customer service is very rare and I will certainly be buying Veto bags for the rest of my career as a result. They are an upright company to deal with and the bag is worth every penny. Very high quality. Read more

Great bag. My only problem is now I have too many tools in it, and it’s stupid heavy. But, I’m prepared for whatever I run into. If you have a weak back, just go a size or two down. Read more
