Dissolves great, actually no-taste unlike other unflavored collagens, no funky smell whatsoever so ever, and it is actually hydrolyzed. My joints, especially my knees are less creaky. I have had less pain in my knees, wrists, shoulder and back, but I can’t be sure if that is due to the collagen. It has a wide range of collagen types that work with one another. It has normal amount of protein and other health benefits (i.e. amino acids). My nails seem stronger and my hair seems healthier (but I did also stop dying it), and it is hard to tell if it has had an effect on my skin because I have been experimenting with different skin care products lately. It is a reasonable price for the amount, especially for the quality. I do with it came in a much bigger size at even a better price per oz/lb. I also prefer the shovel like scooper provided as apposed to the classic scoops in most collagens and other dietary powders. I drink it in my coffee. Dissolves well with minimal clumping in hot liquid. Powder creamer clumps worse and the collagen breaks up easier. Absolutely no taste! Big plus. I’ve only used it for 10 days, so I haven’t noticed any visible difference in my skin or hair yet. Read more

This has already started to help with knee pain and my skin is looking pretty good after 2 weeks or so of use... so ill review it and I'll keep at it. Hoping it grows my hair fast because I gave myself one of those butterfly cuts and then went in 5 more times to "fox" it and now have a funky ass hawk on my head 😅 it dissolves in my tea, coffee and plain water and is totally tasteless. I dump this in my coffee and it mixes easily. No clumps. It has a very slight flavor, bit nothing too noticeable. I haven't noticed any physical changes in my skin or hair, but at least it hasn't upset my stomach, nor have I had any negative side effects. The bag lasts a good while, because the scoop is small. Dissolves easily in both my cold water and hot coffee, and I cannot detect a taste at all. I noticed an immediate improvement in my joints and my hair! VEV Multi-Collagen Peptide Powder works as described. I have noticed small to moderate improvement in my knees and shoulders as a result of taking the Peptide Powder. I wouldn’t say great, but good enough to continue its use and see if long term usage will it into great. Time will tell, fingers crossed. I put the two recommended daily scoops into my morning coffee. It does not impact the flavor of coffee whatsoever. The collagen does give me a sense of fullness, perhaps bloatiness and pressure in my lower abdomen which is of some concern. I will work on the dosing of the collagen and see if I can do something about this abdominal discomfort, perhaps splitting the dosing into 2 separate dosages instead of both scoops into my first cup of coffee.
