This mat is exactly what I was looking for - perfect thickness for HIIT workouts. Excellent traction with or without shoes. Fairly heavy weight - although not as heavy as rubber. Stays firmly in place throughout my workouts. The price I paid for the 8’x5’ mat was incredibly low compared to other brands who offer the same product. I was planning on putting this in my garage, but after inspecting it.. it seems it's quality is way too good for garage and won't be dirtied and thrown away after a few weeks/months. So I put it in my house to work out on. Very easy to set up and seems very slip resistant so far. I liked the support and cushion it gives, but yet still firm enough to do anything on.
