Common Error Not Supported
Started out great and then the unit displayed an apparently common error message. Company said I was a few days over the 1 year warranty based on purchase date despite explaining it was a Christmas gift from the previous year. Refused to offer a solution continuously stating it’s over a year. I get the policy but it was a Christmas gift given a few weeks after the purchase. Read more
Best one yet
This is the 4th warmer I have bought. This one is deep enough to put two very long robes in it. It doesn’t get so hot that it smells like your towels are burning. The timer is a nice feature. I like the hole in the bottom to drain water. This is a good value for your money. Read more

VEVOR is confused!
These "Made in China" Wizards have no idea what they are doing. All over the manual it states "Do not put wet items in the warmer". Yet this item comes with a drip tray and a drying mode! The only reason I gave it 4 Stars is because it does a good job doing what we bought it for, which is warming towels, for when we get out of the hot tub when it is cold. Read more

Did the job…. Until it didn’t.
I purchased this to dry towels that we use for the plunge so we could use them several days in a row bed needing to wash them. It worked great for about 6 months. But then started to struggle to dry towels until it ultimately just made weird noises but didn’t heat or dry. Unfortunately now it has failed completely and is useless. But prior to its demise it did the job I needed, just wish it was more durable. Read more
