I love the extreme range of vibration modes. 100 is a great starting place for me, sitting as I understand from researching, for helping with neuropathy in my legs and feet. Then I will move to using a balance bar for increasing vibration level for balance. I have done a lot of research and this board will do all and more than some of other boards with similar size and weight. This allows up to a 330 lb weight limit. It is light enough for me to pick up, but sturdy enough that standing on it at 5'8" and over 200lbs, it doesn't slow down the vibration even on the lowest vibration level. The bands and power cord are easy to attach and unattach for storage. The power cord, both arm exercise bands, remote and additional magnets (should any get lost) all fit into the plastic zip bag the arm exercise bands came in for convenient storage. The instruction manual w/warranty information is very extensive; including how and what the 4 programmable options are and what they will do, warnings, cleaning instructions, and many examples of additional exercise positions while using the vibration, other than just standing or doing squats. The top is a very durable feeling rubber, which grips well, keeping your feet exactly where you placed them. The bottom has handles for easy carrying and rubber cups to keep the board where it was placed despite even the most intense vibration level. Once you use it once, it is easy to understand how and what the buttons do on the board itself. The sound level was not at all loud and could easily be used with others in the room. I didn't get a chance to try the remote as I didn't have triple A batteries, which the remote requires. So prepare to have 2 available for the remote. So happy I finally found a vibration board that met all my requirements plus! I would recommend this purchase to anyone wanting to get slow (100) to rapid vibration (1500) and an extreme variety of exercise options, with a useful and well written user's manual. Read more

I have had this vibration plate since the beginning of December. I forgot to take a picture when I first got it, but I took a picture at the beginning of January(01/07/2026) and today 01/17/2026 to show my results. I use this plate in combination with a walking pad and I walk 3 to 4 miles a day, about 1 to 1.5hrs. I use the vibration plate setting 2(warm up) before I walk and then I use setting 3(relaxation or workout relief) after my walk or later in the day when I finish work. I feel less bloated when I use it and it makes me feel better. It does hurt your feet at first, but you get used to it after the first week of consistent use and the higher settings are more noticeable in your feet.
