I’ve been using this Vibration Plate Exercise Machine everyday for the past 2 weeks and I am absolutely loving it. Setup was basically effortless-just plug it in, attach the resistance bands, and it's ready to go. It doesn't require intense workouts, helps relieve my lower back pain from long sitting hours. It runs smoothly, noise level is ultra quiet, and does not disturb others. Love how solid and sturdy it feels when standing on it. The included Remote control, Handle grips and Pilates ropes are a great bonus - they make it easy to control the machine, change the speed, and the resistant band and handle grips works my arms and upper body while the plate targets my legs, core, and glutes. I received this item, and I did not even open it for a week because I was so busy but when I did, I read the instructions and decided to try it out. All was good until I turned it on, it came on and soon as it started to work it shut off. So, I troubleshooted it several times with nothing that I tried working. So, I scheduled a return because it does not work. And well I forgot to take it in, so I scheduled another return. (I could not find a contact number for the seller and there is no way to get customer service human on the phone to amazon anymore). So, I had until Nov. the 14th to return this item, I went today to the Staples Store where I always return Amazon items, and it kept saying that I had to return it to the UPS Store or cancel the return and change the return location. So, I did right there in the Staples Store and then it tells me that I can no longer return this item because it has been longer than 30 days. I am so frustrated ABOUT TRYING TO DEAL WITH THIS DEFECTIVE ITEM THAT NEVER WORKED, NOT ONCE! I CAN NOT GET ANYONE THAT I CAN TALK TO ABOUT THIS AND I AM STUCK WITH A $100.00 BROKEN ITEM! THAT NEVER WORKED. I was not even going to leave a review because I planned on buying another one after my return because I cannot just return the item for another one that works, but now I can't do anything. Who has a company that you cannot even contact directly by phone. I am so upset over all of this that I am about to cancel all my orders from Amazon and never use them again.
