I haven't taken any pictures or videos yet as I'm concentrating more on myself during my sessions on the vibration plate. I compared many models and finally ordered the Aspect Living vibration plate. After using it, I must say it has completely exceeded my expectations! I mainly use it to burn fat. With built-in resistance bands and push-up handles, you can exercise more parts of your body. It has 10 motion mode options. It automatically adjusts within 10 minutes and is very suitable for beginners. After using it for a few days, I clearly felt that my physical condition had improved a lot. If you are looking for a multi-functional, effective and space-saving fitness device, I would recommend Aspect Living without hesitation! Read more
In my old age, I've noticed I need to strengthen my core muscles and work on my balance. I've always wanted to try a vibration plate, but when I ordered this one, I failed to consider the impact of my decision (literally). First, I tried using it while seated, placing my feet on it and trying different vibration levels, just to get the feel of it. It felt great, and I could imagine it stimulating muscles and blood flow in my legs. The remote control turned out to be very handy, but I soon realized I have TOO MANY remotes! Already, my TV tuner's remote can turn my electric candles off and on, and the remote that came with this vibration plate has several buttons that either scroll through or change channels on my TV tuner! (definitely too may remotes) After testing out the vibration plate while seated, I stood up and tried standing on it while holding something in front of me for balance. I powered up the plate and began with the slowest vibration setting, then gradually increased it to the highest. Just standing and doing this felt fine, and I was quickly able to balance without a handhold. Still, there was something about it that I didn't like. It all goes back to when I was riding my bicycle six years ago and hit a small pothole. My bike was fine, but when the impact happened, it truly felt like I could feel my brain slamming against my skull. I know our brains are very well-supported to protect from injury, but that's what it felt like. When I returned home and was sitting in a darkened room, I noticed tiny lights in an arc to the side of my head. "Oh, fairies!" I thought. It turned out that jolt had torn the retina in my right eye, and I needed to have laser surgery to repair it. I may be imagining things, but when I tried the vibration plate in a standing position, I felt the same sensation in my head as when I'd hit that pothole. From what I've read about the safety of vibration plates, I know I shouldn't be worried, but still I'm going to talk with my ophthalmologist before using mine again. I've learned that as we age, the vitreous gel in our eyes shrinks, and I know that contributed to my previous injury. The fairy lights were cute, but the resulting laser surgery on my retina was PAINFUL, and I don't want to go through that again. I hope to be able to safely use my vibration plate for several exercises, but even if I can only use it while sitting, I'm sure it will do me some good. Read more

I'm pleasently surprised at how much this does for me. I have back, knee and foot pain that I deal with all the time. I'm starting to get some relief from using this vibration plate. Over all quality is pretty good. There's a fair amount of plastic to this but it's very sturdy and has not problem handling my full weight. The workout from it, as mentioned before, is surprisingly effective and helping with pain relief. Adding in the included exercise bands really increase the effective of the workout. Because of all the different way this has helped me I'm feeling this is a really great value for the money. It's improved circulation in my feet and been surprisingly effective on lower body joint pain. I would recommend giving this a try to just about anyone. It's a low impact "workout" that has been a great benefit to me. Read more
I was disappointed with this vibration plate. The vibration strength is much weaker than another similarly priced model I already own, so it doesn’t feel very effective during workouts. The biggest issue, though, is the design. When I tried to move it using the handles on the sides, they came off and the whole plate dropped, which could be dangerous. It looks nice and has good features on paper, but the performance and build quality just don’t match up. Not a fan overall. Read more
