I bought the vibration exercise machine for an number of reasons. I cant do anything heavy impact anything. One to stimulate my circulation, lymphatic drainage & to tone muscles. The vibration plate its self is non slip as its coated with silicone. Very sturdy I feel safe on it. With 250 settings im always sure I can find the right one. I have have several favorites already. BONUS comes with a remote control so you dont have to bend down to change a setting. Come with 3 resistance bands. It takes up minimal space & i just store it under my coffee table. Its easy just to pull it out when I use it. If im having a slow start to my morning I just jump on this & I feel energized after. The price was great too. Seen alot at big box stores for over $200. The media could not be loaded. I purchased this and received it before I went on vacation. I used it one time before I left and although it felt pretty powerful it wasn’t noisy. I got back from vacation a week later, got on it and I heard something pop when I stepped on it. It was very loud like a jackhammer. I didn’t think it was that loud before.I ran it through once and then got off and checked it out. Seemed fine so I tried it again and halfway through it popped again in the plate kind of went to the side. Almost lost my balance. I got off and checked it out and it now it won’t vibrate. I’m 135 pounds, well below the 400 pound limit. I attached a video, it’s not vibrating anymore unless I get on it and lean to one side. The plate did not teeter totter when I used it the first time. Definitely something wrong with it. Maybe it’s just faulty so I requested a return since it has all five star reviews. Fingers crossed this next one doesn’t have any issues. Read more
UPDATE - we recieved a faulty machine. They are sending us a new one. It feels nice to the body but it sounds like a machine gun it's so loud, unless you lean to one side or the other. Read more
This vibrantion plate is giving me want I need. There has been not itching as some have stated. I've only had this item a few days. The thing I noticed is the frequency of my bathroom visits. The fluids are moving very quickly (4 to 5) times in an hour. I'm pleased and would recommend. Read more
