I just received this less than an hour.Ago after after having to return a different vibration plate, i'm new to these, so i'm a newbie so pls be patient. this is slightly lighter than the other one. That I had, it was a very nice one. I had, but it didn't have the flashy lights, which I like there was one I wanted to buy. That was more than this that had.You don't stroll lights, flashlights.However you want to call them.But it sold out i also wanted something that had more programs. Other than you know, more than 99I saw they said over 200 and it's like, okay, yeah, I'll do this. And I read very good reviews about it. Very sturdy it's, easy to use I. Just learned how to work the Bluetooth remote. It does say it doesn't come with batteries. Now I see that if I see it in the instructions. Yeah, your getting cheap companies.You buy something comes from overseas they used to send batteries, but at any rate, the vibration level is incredible. I mean, we're talking about vibration. It started welcomes you first, and that's kind of nice and then, you know? Afterwards, as soon as you press on the on and Bluetooth button, then it starts and it starts on one. And one is so powerful when I had my other vibration plate, one would be like slow, like rock rock rock rock rock rock. This is like Boom boom boom, boom, I mean, it's just straight off out. The gate running and it shows you the calories. I mean, it's not like you lose tens and thousands of calories and a 10 minute sitting or 15 or however, but it does show that your losing calories. And of course, the more motion you're doing, with the vibration working in conjunction with it will, of course, increase your calorie deficit. You have to wake up your muscles. I do pilates, and I also have a they call it a waiter. W e I d e r i'm stretched machine pulled stretch machine that I still after fifteen years use, but you have to wake your muscles up every now and then, you know, like do something light do something heavy 4 2 days and do something light so this is something that, you know. They couldn't replace it. They could only refund it. So I bought this and I'm very happy now. I may go and this one that's out of stock. From this different company, it's got very good reviews too. That's got a huge of slightly bigger plate. And even more light I may later on go get that. And go-between the 2 plates. So like I said, I really, really like this. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this particular vibration machine. It stopped working after 12-15 uses. I was very skeptical about the results it would produce but I was wrong. I noticed an immediate difference after my first use. My leg muscles and joints felt much better and my circulation definitely improved. I was moving right along and then the machine failed. Customer service was great they were sending a replacement and sent me a label to return the defective machine but I ended up canceling the replacement and getting a refund because why would I order another machine that has a high probability of failure I was having success with the concept but not the machine. So IMO the concept works but search out another machine to do the job. I haven't started looking yet due to the busy holidays but I'm sure there is one on Amazon that is better it will just take a bit longer to search for it. Read more
