I love using this vibration plate but I received a broken remote (this isn't worth returning for me so I didn't reach out to customer service). I have not used the pre-set programs as Im starting out slow (5 minutes, lowest setting, every other day). I haven't noticed much noise as I use mine on a carpeted floor, beeps are loud though. Beware: initially using the vibration plate will make you sleepy and possibly make your skin itch from all of the new circulation and muscle work! Read more

This would’ve gotten 2 stars but Amazon was able to send me a replacement. The initial board was ridiculously loud. It had a high pitch creaking noise and in order to help silence it, I couldn’t put any weight into the left side. It was like that as soon as it came out of the box. I ended up reaching out to Amazon and they sent me a replacement. Was a bit annoyed I had to go drop off the original but oh well. Now I have a well functioning product and I love it so far! It will make you feel itchy after use but that’s normal from the blood circulation. It’s very temporary. It has multiple settings/speeds. It runs for 15mins at a time but you can adjust the time down if you want. The remote is super convenient and the design of the plate is kind of smalls but I just don’t do a wide stance and it’s fine. Can’t comment too much as I haven’t had it very long but I will say I feel really good after. Helps with my restless legs which is a massive plus! Read more

Debating on returning it. Only a couple of buttons on the remote work. Tonight was night 5 of using it and it fully shut off before I could even step on it 3x in a row. I know it’s def the cheapest one I have found so that’s my bad. Read more
