Let me say this, this machine is AWESOME! I did my first 10 minutes on to try it out. Once I was done, I felt light and good all over. I had been experiencing gas pains in my stomach. Once off the machine the pain was GONE. It was relaxing and soothing. The ease of operation was on point. The vibration was steady and the modes are versatile. I started in walk mode for first. I tested run mode and it was giving, giving. I have a stair stepper but, it is now pushed under my bed. This is now me GO TO for working out. I have nothing negative to say about this product. Great exercise plate
The media could not be loaded. I bought 2 of these exercise plates that look exactly the same for Christmas presents. The blue is very pretty! One was for my sister and one was for my 77 year old mom. My mom has a lot of trouble with her legs hurting and swelling and she’s been using this since I got it for her Christmas 2024. My mom uses it during the day, but also before she goes to bed and she says it has really helped her leg pain so she sleeps better at night. My sister also says she likes hers too. Since she has a job requiring her to sit at a computer a lot it, this gives her leg the movement they need during that time because she can slide it underneath her work desk. Read more

I love my vibration plate. I have never been a person to exercise but here lately I have been exercising every morning. It’s easy exercises and then I get on my vibration plate and I do a few different things on it and I have been losing weight but most importantly I feel better I have more energy and I seem to be happier all day long. Practical but not the best.
Had it for 1 year and a half, the plastic in top started to take off I feel I won’t be able to keep it for long, it’s leaving the surface a little sticky. The electric rope could me longer. Overall, I do believe in the benefits of movement plates and I seeing improvements in my legs. It helps for my lymphatic drainage. Read more
