I’ve had this machine for a few months, and wanted to make sure that I really gave it time to work, or prove others right, that it was a gimmick. I am here to tell you, get one. Not only do I feel more energized after each use. I can say that within the first two weeks, the clogged and cottage cheese “toxin build up” others think is cellulite is gone. My thighs are smooth and the toxin dimples are gone. My overall health is improving and I can tell that my lymphatic system is working like it’s supposed to. The plate is quiet and has a number of different settings which can be controlled manually or with the included remote. It is sturdy with even vibration and fun to use. I got into the habit of using it daily and began to notice my energy increasing, my aches decreasing and generally feeling and looking better. I was hooked. About a month after I purchased the plate it developed a rattle. The plate still worked perfectly but would make noise when I stepped on the right side. I contacted customer service to ask what could be done... and they were AMAZING. They were polite and helpful. Bought this for my girlfriend for Christmas. It’s good for lymph nodes.. She absolutely loves it. It has three speeds and the medium speed is more than enough.
