I can't believe how well this thing works. I've been heavily detoxing by taking fulvic humic acid and when I don't use the vibration plate, I don't urinate much. That's bad because the fulvic is trying to get the poisons out of my body and I need to pee!! I've been using it twice a day. This particular VP is very well made. It's not all that heavy, I can easily move it when I use it. And boy does it shake your body! I'm on power level 9 right now. The first 4 minutes I leave it on walking mode. Then 3 minutes on jogging mode. And finally, the last 3 minutes on running mode. I have always had horrible circulation and this is changing everything and even helping me rebuild muscle mass along with the fulvic. If you have circulation problems then this machine is a MUST!! It gets the job done. For some reason mine makes a lot of noise. The first time I used it, there was no noise, if if I disperse my weight to only one side of the machine, there is no noise. So either it’s a faulty one or it’s just loud. I don’t think I would buy it if I knew all of them came this loud- it’s not enjoyable to listen to lol. Works great! It’s maybe not as wide as I thought. I stand on it with my feet basically below my hips, not in a wide stance or anything. I just want to shake though, not do any squats on this so, it works for me! Read more
