My mother has wanted one of these for a long time. I purchased this item for my mom. When she opened it she was so excited. Set up seemed simple but it wasn’t. The power was so very difficult to connect to the machine. There was a hard piece of plastic blocking the plug from sliding in. Then once I finally jimmy rigged it in there it came on and everything seemed to work fine for all of ten seconds. The machine started making strange noises. Then the screws popped out from underneath. My mom is about 200lb 5’11. This profit is a piece of junk. Very cheaply made. Not what the money. Cheap cheap cheap!!!!! It kind of does what it’s supposed to, it vibrates obnoxiously loud compared to other shake plates and one side vibrates significantly more than the other, the plug doesn’t want to stay in properly within the 10 minute cycle and it seems to be oddly narrow comparing to other plates. Pretty disappointed with the quality to price point comparison, $40-50 shake plate we have is far superior and this was suppose to be the upgrade, and the points where the bands clip to don’t feel very stable or look like they’ll last very long before bending/breaking. I really like this board. It does make your belly and legs work to stay upright. I'm hoping over time it will help build my core strength to help my back. My husband says that its a little small for his size 13 feet, but mine fit fine. The surface has good grip, so you don't slide off. I do want to point out that if you have equilibrium issues, set yourself up next to something you can grab onto. I use a chair back. Read more

Only used it twice so not sure if it will help but will use it daily for a couple weeks and see It feels like a great addition for strength, circulation, and lymphatic drainage.
