Great machine to have love it
I have wanted to try one of these for exercise and also they have said helps with circulatory system. This thing has helped in several ways for me. I can get the workout I need for my legs and not ever have to leave the house which mean I can get workout in no matter weather and it’s super easy to use. I have felt so much better since starting using this machine. It’s an intense workout but not rough. My legs seem to be getting thinner and also other areas of body. Read more

I have been using it for about over a week and I it’s helped with my sore muscles after a heavy weight training session. So easy to set up!
Literally plug it in, and you are ready to use it! The size is perfect, I can pick it up easily and slide it under the couch to keep it out of the way. There are multiple vibration settings (some are a little too strong for me)!
