I’ve had this for a long time now and I love it. There’s so many different vibration levels to choose from. I pick the highest one for me. When I use it I’ve lost quite a bit of weight and it helps so much with my pain. I have back issues, neck issues, plantars fasciitis, pelvic pain, bladder issues, ect and this helps me be able to sleep at night. I don’t know exactly how it works but it does the job it claims to do. It’s good quality and I’ve used it everyday to help with my pain and weight loss. MAN i got this in the mail and was really skeptical at first, I didn't think it'd hold me up but at 400lb it's doing GREAT and it's a pretty good workout I really worked up a sweat and my legs felt it. It's a little noise but I have hardwood floors (easy fix I'll get a rug) It actually relieved pain in my lower back and I wasn't expecting pain relief but I got it. It's easy to use BUT you will need to get use to the speed of the vibration, I wouldn't recommend using for more then a few minutes a day and build up to a full workout. Read more

The plate works fine, Very strong. You can set it Low to Higher. In a way it's fun to use and helps with legs to get fit Was feeling the workouts and does look like it helps with certain points on body. But if you suffer from Vertigo ,You will feel funny and a bit dizzy. Take off glasses. Also if have certain bone issues in area by the knee be careful ,Had pain every time after use. I love this machine! The remote doesn't work but the machine is great! It has added so much more mobility to me and my husband. My legs and feet used to hurt so bad after standing on concrete for 8 hrs. Now just 15 mins in the morning on low and 15 at night, I have no pain or jumpy leg syndrome when I l sleep. The only prob I have is now it takes a month to get this machine. It must be very popular now it used to take 2 days to get it . I ordered one for my bestie and one for more daughter. I wonder if I can get this wonderful healing machine any sooner? Read more
I have been reading about lymphatic drainage and discovered that many people have had great success using the vibration plates, so I looked at several models and I found this one with great reviews and a weight capacity of 440 lbs. I got it and was not quite sure I was going to get my money's worth. I absolutely love it. I use it in the mornings before work and again in the evenings before bed. The box was super damaged and had all kinds of tape on it. Plugged it into various outlets. Double checked and the power supply cord is connected to the machine. The power switch, or any of the buttons on the display nothing lights up and works no vibration anything. And I would say the remote also doesn't work but that might be because the machine itself doesn't work. Tried different batteries in it to make sure it wasn't an issue with maybe the remote. Now I have to figure out how to return it because I can't find a way to get help on troubleshooting.
