I have seen this all over social media and at first ignored it because it seemed a little silly but I was too curious and ended up ordering it. I'm glad I did. I have been using it every morning when I wake up and I feel like it starts my day off more refreshed and awake. soSo I am new to this whole vibration plate thing, but I am very impressed by this. You really can feel it when you exercise with this even just in a sitting position, you can feel your muscles being moved contracting, expanding, and afterwards it feels like you really worked out harder than you normally would at least for me that way. . This is very well constructed faith really made it this exceptionally well. It is quite heavy, but I’m sure it’s because of the amount of vibration. If it were lighter, it would move all over the place but wherever you put it, it is not going to move at all. It comes with the bands so you can do arm workouts while you’re using it. it was also designed to be space saving so everything goes inside the module so you can store it. I’ve got mine under my bed if it’s perfectly, the only flaw that I have found is the prongs that you wind your cord up on are too small so the cord falls off of themthose if they were a little bit smaller, this would be a perfect machine. It those if they were a little bit smaller, this would be a perfect machine. has multiple settings and strengths that you can adjust depending on how much of a workout that you want everything is very easy to work and straightforward. It functions beautifully. It also comes with a remote, which at first I didn’t understand but I get it now because it is nice not to have to get off and adjust things when you’re on it and using it you don’t have to break that cycle and you can adjust everything with the remote which is also laid out nicely and is very easy to understand as far as pricing goes for this. It is very inexpensive. These are expensive little units. I have looked at several of them now and this for the quality, especially and the settings is comparable to some of the other ones that are upwards of $130. I do not think that this would be suitable for somebody with hip back, knee, ankle or foot issues. You may want to consult your doctor first before using this because the vibration is extremely strong my husband has hip problems and he couldn’t walk for almost 2 days because he used it for 10 minutes when we first got it and the vibration was so strong that it hurt his hip so bad he couldn’t move so and also his back. I however used it and noticed that within a few hours, it did provide some pain relief for me so if you’re in the market for one of these, I highly recommend it again. I saw this as a new trend and I was very excited to try it! The vibration plate is so easy to set up and use and i look forward to seeing the results over time. In the week I have had it i have already started to see minir differences.
