This could be the best vibe plate on the market. I love that it's compact and not super heavy. Once it's on, it's actually quiet, even when you're standing on it. I needed it to be quiet because I'm on the second floor and don't want to make noise and disturb others when working out. I'm shocked at how well it functions. I get a good lower to mid body work out on it... then do light push ups so my arms get some for half the time I do my lower body. It gives a pretty serious shake, it will leave you feeling like you ran a block or two, heart racing, blood pumping and your temperature elevates. I think it's a must have for anyone doing yoga or pilates, stationary exercises are perfect with this. Anyone working an office job or doing remote work should get one of these. Those long sedentary hours are not doing us any favors... This vibe plate and compact treadmill and standing desk, are vital to have so you can get some movement in. This comes without any explanation of how to use it, in fact the "owners manual" is a bad joke. The "documentation" has mostly English words throughout, but hardly a clause or phrase, let alone sentence, that is understandable. The power cord is so short that almost anywhere it will need an extension cord. Although the "remote" control has avery short range (1.5 m/5 feet), it must be used in order to make the device do anything, but since there is no explanation for what the buttons mean (other than on/off and standby), and some buttons have multiple functions, use will take some time to become familiar. I'll expand on this once I figure out what specifically is to be done with this, regarding its capability and service. I absolutely love this Vibration Plate machine! I ordered this to add to my non-existent fitness routine thinking it would help me get started - okay, maybe not! However, it has been extremely beneficial in helping my chronic back issues. I'm not sure how it works exactly, but would guess it helps loosen my muscles and improve circulation. I was hoping it would just melt the weight off of me, but that may require me to give up ice cream! So, while I haven't lost much weight, it really has helped my overall well being. The first time I was exposed to something like this was during physical therapy. I was on a machine that was the size of a treadmill, but it did the same thing. I like the gentle vibrations and can definitely say it really loosens up tight muscles. I feel noticeably less tension and discomfort after each session. I have gotten myself into a routine where I use it for about 10 minutes every other day. I love how portable this is so I can easily carry it to any room. It feels like it is well built and holds my 235-pound body without issues. I definitely recommend this product if you want to feel great! And, the best part - it comes with a handy remote! The machine itself is sturdy, easy to use, and doesn’t take up much space — perfect for home workouts. Wow, maybe I should have given it 5 stars but I might be unfairly comparing it to the one at the gym which has a few other settings. First of all I was very impressed with how quiet it was. It is quiet in operation but also I was surprised that it didn't vibrate the floor under it. It is powerful yet small enough to pick up and store. It has very slight speed adjustments which is good, letting you adjust it very slightly at each increment, yet it has a great range. From lowest speed to heighest speed is a huge difference, suitable for all experience levels. It also has some preset settings and a timer function. The instructions don't explain the remote usage very well. But a few minutes standing off the unit, pressing each of the buttons and you figure everything out. So what is this good for? I'm no Dr but I've researched vibration plates a bit. And apparently there are benefits that I won't go into as I can't prove them. For me it really helps after a workout to minimize the soreness that usually follows when I push myself. I also feel invigorated when I do just a few minutes. It really seems to get the blood flowing. If you're new to this, be sure to bend your knees. Straight legs \ stiff knees will increase the vibration of your upper torso and up to your head. Which could cause a head ache. Once you get used to it experiment with different movements like a slight squat, you don't have to go deep, calf raises, try putting your feet closer or further apart which changes the vibration pattern. It's taken me a little while to test this vibration place exercise machine. It also took me a bit to get used to it and to learn how to use it. I have to say it's a lot quieter than I thought it was going to be. I really appreciate that it has customizable settings, since I'm very much a beginner. One of the best parts that really appreciate is the fact that it improves circulation after I've had a full day of working a desk job and sitting most of that day. Read more
