For me not strong enough
I apply this 2-3 times in each nostril and it gives me a runny nose for 10 minutes, then it clears up my clogged sinuses sometimes. It depends on how much pollen is in the air. It does not last 10 hours. This product is not strong enough for bad allergies like mine. Read more
