I have used so many pain relieving sprays and in one way or the other they all helped a bit, with Biofreeze so far being the best. Today my back pain level was the worst by far in the past 2 years. And so the arrival today of my first VapoFreeze order could not have been more timely. It felt immediately better with the first spray. After 15-20 minutes my lower back felt soothed and relaxed. I experience itching from small fiber neuropathy and needed something that would alleviate it without overdosing on lidocaine or taking another pill. This is the only thing that's worked! It's very strong and the tingle from the menthol distracts my nerves so they stop overfiring. One downside is that I end up minting out my entire apartment, clearing everyone's sinuses and making my cat squint at me. I would go outside as recommended in the instructions, but I don't have the privacy to do so and I need to get this on my back. I suggest opening a window or running an air purifier to try and protect everyone's lungs a bit if you need to spray inside. The smell is kind of strong but not necessarily bad, I honestly don't care about smelling minty if it means that I get relief. The spray on application is good because none of it gets on your hands.
