Very Comfortable Knives
These knives were highly recommended on the America’s Test Kitchen cooking show which is why I bought them. They are surprisingly light weight which they said is a plus if you do a lot of cooking and chopping. They won’t make your hand tired. They are extremely sharp when they come. After 30 years of marriage and cheap knifes, I decided I needed a good set and these do not disappoint. But if you are looking for heavy weight knives, these are not for you. Read more

These knives are very sharp . In your hand they feel like an extension of your arm making them easy to use . They are also dishwasher safe which is handy in case you don’t want to hand wash or they accidentally end up in the dishwasher. I would highly recommend these knives for anyone’s kitchen. Read more
